Automatic payment processing data for purchased items

Question

I buy regularly from a particular vendor on ebay, and there is something set up where my credit card will automatically be charged after a certain amount of days. He offers discounted shipping, and sometimes it takes me a week or two to accumulate enough stuff for a single, reasonably priced shipment. But due to the auto pay thing happening, it might trigger a payment and then he ships me two items with not a very good shipping discount.

He says he did not implement this, but it's hard as hell to reach a human at ebay.

When I click on your link, I don't see anything where I can opt out of auto-pay.

Your seller was automatically opted into auto-pay. I allow my buyers 7 days in which to combine shipping for a discount, so I opted out of auto-pay.
