Automatic payment
How did and automatic payment happen , on item I was bidding on. I won the item. And Ebay automatically took the amount out of my PayPal account. I did not authorize that. How can I stop this. I can’t find anything in the help section. But that seems to typical

For listings with auto-payment, the buyer's payment will come from the default payment source they have set up on Ebay.
You can check your default payment source here: https://ppcapp.ebay.com/myppc/wallet/list
It will say "Used for offers and auctions" underneath the payment source.
If you wanted to change your payment source, that could have been done before you placed a bid.
