Automatic feedback
Is there a way to get a positive feedback description changed? I had automatic feedback checked but somehow one of the choices was negative and about a non payment. I had 4 different buyers receive this non payment feedback as an automatic response but in the form of positive feedback. Is it possible to get the description changed or is the only way to add a note to the original feedback?

Since it is an Ebay violation to leave negative comments within a positive feedback, you might be able to self-report your violations by contacting Ebay.
