Automated feedback for sellers
Hi, for some reason I stopped receiving automatic feedback from eBay as a seller when my transactions are successful and delivered on time. The last automatic feedback from eBay was left for an order from January 10, 2026, but I sell on eBay every day and I know that I have many more successful transactions for which no feedback was received. In March there were at least 3 orders for which I created shipping labels through eBay and added tracking. The orders were successfully processed and delivered, but I received no feedback for them — what could be the reason?
