Automated Customer Service is BROKEN ! ... how do we contact eBAY to FIX IT ????
Automated Customer Service is not working, I am having an issue with an auction that I won on July 4th, it was supposed to arrive by July 13 and it still is not here. I have contacted the seller but have received no response. Automated Customer Service just says "opps something went wrong " ..... Can someone help me, please ???

Mentor3 years agoAre you using a desktop browser to try to start an "item not received" case?
Try using the eBay app, if possible to start that case -- I seem to be able to get farther along in the process using the app than when using a desktop browser. At least a couple of users have indicated that they were able to successfully start an "item not received" case through the app when the browser link gave them a "technical hiccup" error message.
