This seller is a scam artist or something. Car part has a 1 year warranty. One was bad and failed quickly. Contacted this seller and they said they would resend and refund 10%. I said yes and i need the part. Now we keep going back and forth cause now they just want me to purchase a whole new set and send me an invoice. Its one of those automated messages i believe but every other message they send either the send new one and 10% refund or will you send more money. Does Ebay do anything about guaranteed warranties? Or is this seller just a scam artist?

·3 years agoIf you've had the item less then 30 days, you're covered by the MBG.
Go to your purchase history and click return item and select, the item doesn't match the description as the reason.
The seller will have 3 days to accept the return and pay return shipping or refund without returning.
If they don't, return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in.
The China sellers, their warranties are about as good as their products.
