Auto Rejection
so I am geting a sale auto rejected & I cannot find out why - it is really frustating as someone has messaged me 3 times wanting to buy my item we have agreed a price that I will accept tbut the platform won't accept the deal - any thoughts

First off you are located in the U.K. but have posted your issue on ebay's U.S. based site. You should login to yor home site and post about the issue on your home site's community.

Look for the Member to Member header and click on it.
If your buyer is not located in a country that you have listed that you will ship to, that could be why the sale will not go through. Also any offer has to go through the Best Offer system. They send you the price they are willing to pay, and you accept or decline it.

I see you are located int he UK. This is the US Community and some processes and procedures differ between the two domains. You will be better served posting your question the UK Community.
