Auto refund even if buyer receives item
I just lost an appeal to reverse a refund even though the buyer told eBay they received the item after the claim was submitted - simply because I didn’t use their labeling service. That seems incredulous. What experience have others had?

Ebay does not rely on the word of the buyer when determining the outcome of a Refund Request.
