auto purchase
I get an invoice from ebay saying the auto I want to buy from a private party needs to be paid with Apple pay
and it has an order number
is this legit or a fraud?

Mentor8 months agoThat is a scam. The email is likely a forgery/hack.
Do not send money to this person, there is no auto and they are stringing you along.
Once they get money you will never see them again.
Report the email as spam and report this person to the website you found this car on.
It's a common scam. If you want to buy a vehicle on eBay there are safe steps to go through and you will be protected if you purchase and pay on eBay.
Otherwise, there is nothing eBay can help you with.
