Auto Payments
Is there a way to turn off auto pay, I am buying a few things from the same seller and the auctions end at different times. It says it auto pays after 1 hour, but I need it to stop doing that.

Mentor11 months ago@blgron0 This is a setting on the sellers account. They may not even know it's turned on.
A buyer can not turn off auto pay.
You can share this with the seller>
The setting is in buyer requirements in account settings on the sellers account> https://www.ebay.com/bmgt/buyerrequirements
The change in settings will not affect current auctions if you or anyone else has placed a bid.

OP11 months agoThe issue we having is that the sell said they do not have this issue for most of their buyers, but there are a few including me that are having this issue.

Mentor11 months ago@blgron0 The seller has to uncheck the requirement OR offer combined shipping in account settings to allow buyers to keep shopping for 7 days on auctions.
There's nothing that eBay customer service can do to fix the sellers settings. The seller has to do this.
