Auto payment, how to opt out

Question

Greetings, I entered a new payment method, now my purchases are immediately paid, and I never get a chance to request an invoice from sellers to get combined shipping,

Also, I find no 'contact us' info to speak to an eBay representative.

Buyers cannot opt out of the automatic payments, only sellers can.

You can ask a seller to turn it off in advance so that you can place the items in your cart in order to request a combined shipping discount.
