Auto payment
A bidder just won my auction and sent a message saying they did not notice I had it set up as "auto pay in one hour" and asked if I would let them wait until tomorrow to pay. I didn't realize honestly that I had done anything to set that autopay up. I just mark to let Ebay handle payment. I don't know if there is a way for me to change this autopay after the auction is won. In fact, I cannot even find where to go to turn it on or off at all. Does anyone know how to get to where to turn it on and off?

If you want to require buyers to provide a payment method before bidding AND want to allow the buyer to keep shopping for 7 days then you need to allow invoices on this page> https://www.ebay.com/ship/prf
IF you don't allow invoices AND have the payment required before bidding
then the payment method that was provided will be charged one hour after sale.
Autopay is when you as a seller require buyers to provide a payment method before making a bid or offer.
The setting is in buyer requirements in account settings> https://www.ebay.com/bmgt/buyerrequirements
If you require buyers to provide a payment method prior to bidding AND allow combined shipping in your account settings then the buyer may choose to keep bidding for 7 days before paying. This is a change that many auction sellers asked for. You can read about the 7 days to pay for combined shipping on auctions here>
