Auto payment
I recently put in a bid for a baseball card. Once the auction concluded, the purchase was automatically paid before I could bid on anything else from that store.. This seller has always offered combined shipping which makes sense given that buyers often purchase more than one item per auction.
I put in a cancel request within a few hours. The seller then shipped the item the following day and told me they did not notice the cancel request and said the auto pay was surprising since they have that feature turned off. After questioning this they're now telling me eBay has implemented a new 20 point feedback threshold for buyers. I wasn't aware of this change. Is this actually policy?
