Auto Payment
Been here since 2000, I now have to put my PayPal information in when I bid or make an offer. I guess this is new and I don't like doing that unless I am going to pay for an item I won.

Mentor2 years agoebay is now requiring payment information when buyers make an Offer, and now when buyers place a bid, in order to decrease the number of unpaid transactions.
