Auto pay paid before I could send an invoice for bulk shipping

I have a buyer who is buying several items, however, before I could invoice for bulk shipping, their auto pay paid me automatically. (less than 24 hrs) What is the best way to ship at this point?

Should I refund the customer for each item and then invoice them accordingly?

You can do a partial refund using the refund option in the drop down menu next to each item.

If you want to avoid this in the future turn on allow buyers to request invoices in your Shipping Preferences and turn off the auto pay options in your Buyer Requirements.
