why you want to & How to cancel auto pay on bids and offers accepted: shipping costs can no longer be negotiated, combined shipping, or request an invoice with combined shipping! Example of PROBLEM with this new pilot program: You offer/bid $2.00 plus there’s $5.00 shipping on each card, on 5 different cards from 1 seller. All offers are accepted same day. $2.00 x 5 = $10 plus $25.00 in shipping! $5 x 5 shipping= $25.00. Total = $35.00! eBay NO LONGER allows buyers SHIPPING PRICE NEGOTIATIONS. STOP AUTOPAY & go back to CART!
