Auto pay equels fraud
soent a hour with 3 so called chat agents that eventually cancelled the chat before I could copy and save it because I taken for over a hundred dollars and can;t even file a claim

Did you make an offer or place a bet that you agreed to pay if you won or the offer was accepted?

We may be able to advise you if you explain in detail how you were "taken for over a hundred dollars".

Mentor2 years agoebay has started asking for a payment method when a bid is placed or an offer is made, in order to decrease the number of unpaid transactions. You will then be automatically charged if you win the bid or if the seller accepts your offer. How is that fraud? Didn't you intend to pay if you won the auction or if the seller accepted your offer?
