Auto-pay & combined shipping
Recently my winning bidders who win multiple auctions are getting **bleep** at me when they ask for combined shipping and want an invoice sent to them, and I tell them I can't invoice them because Ebay has already paid for each item separately, and assigned them to be shipped. There is a glitch in the auto-pay program that has to be fixed to rectify this situation. All of my other bidders who asked for combined shipping, who did not have auto-pay, I was easily able to invoice. I had to jump through hoops and find my multiple buyers' auctions and get them on my outstanding orders page and then combine their auctions. Then I had to select one of the auctions and go into the "Auction's details" and refund the shipping overpayments. Why is Ebay making the sellers do all this extra work. As much as I like getting paid fast, sometimes it's just not worth it!
