Mentor1 year agoAs a buyer, you cannot. ebay is using the auto-pay for auctions and offers in an attempt to try and reduced the number of unpaid transactions. ebay opted sellers into auto-pay, but sellers can opt out. That is what I did because I want to encourage buyers to purchase multiple items to get a discount for combined shipping.
