What exactly do you mean by the "wrong credit card"?
It is billing the card/account (e.g. PayPal) that is set up as your default for that purpose, and you can change it for any transaction (not sure whether doing so resets the new one as the default or not--ALWAYS check that it is the "right" one on the "Review your offer [or bid]" screen and change it if you want another).
If you have set it up to bill you through PayPal you can change the funding source that PayPal uses at paypal.com in Settings (gear icon at top right): Payments: Automatic Payments and scroll through left column to find--you might have to click to show more as you get to the bottom several times--and click the one for eBay then edit your choice in the main center column.
