Boughtl rear end for wife's 2013.Edge installed in car for 6 months. Rear end started making noise contacted seller.They wanted a video of the car on the rack to hear the noise. There is no noise coming from rear end.When all the weight is off the vehicle.
. There is only noise When weight is on car. Contacted seller and seller will not receive any emails from me.Need my money back or another rear end

Mentor7 months agoWarranties are issued by the manufacturer or a factory authorized dealer. If the seller was not an authorized dealer, the so called "warranty" is not valid.
Ebay has only a 30 day Money Back Guarantee (not a warranty) from the date of delivery.
