Auto Combined Shipping Fee LOSSES
Is anyone else loosing money when eBay combines shipping? I enter the size dimensions and the weight on each item. One would think eBay would ADD the two products chosen together and reconfigure the combined shipping price. Example I just had a 10x10x10 5lb item and a 10x8x6 5lb item that a customer ordered. eBay put the box for the combined items as a 12x12x12 and 10lbs. I lost $7 and my $1@ item for handling. Not how the measurements of (10x10x10) + (10x8x6) = 12x12x12 because I know my math teacher would ask to see my work if I answered that way. If I combine orders, on average, I am refunding them money not loosing money. So do I have something untoggled that has me loosing money when a customer combines their orders?
