AUTION ITEM I HAVE UP
SOMEONE RETRACTED A BID AND SAID THE REASON WAS BECAUSE I CHANGED THE DESCRIPTION OF MY ITEM. I DIDNT CHANGE ANYTHING WITHIN THE TIME THIS BID WAS PLACED. I MADE A REVISION OF MY ITEM DAYS BEFORE THE BID WAS PLACED. IS THIS CONSIDERED A BAD REVIEW?

·2 years agoNobody can see the reason other than you and the bidder. So no, it does not affect your standing or reputation in any way that s/he used that reason.
The current Help and Policy Pages concerning bid retractions do not limit retractions to revisions made after the bid was placed, simply "The seller significantly changed the description of the item". In any event eBay hasn't done squat to enforce the rule against lying on the retraction form for the past decade or so.
