authorized bids were placed on an item using my account

Question

bids were placed on an item using my account that were fraudulent. I did not place this bid. i have changed my password. i am stuck in ebay Help hell trying to report this. i can't retract bid because it doesn't fit into bid retraction policy. i called ebay at 2:26pm CST and they won't send to an agent because they say it's not business hours. Suggestions please.
