Authentification dedtroyed my ring
Authentification screwed up twice and now they have destroyed my ring! The first time I sold it, they sent it back saying although it was authentic the stone was treated but they didn't say how. They also sent it back missing some documentation. So I relisted it, same pix, same original inner and outer box, sold for less this time, and back to the Authenticators. This time, they said it was authentic but missing a large custom cut piece of Rock Crystal!!! They even circled on the photo this major part of the ring that was there when it was sent! They destroyed the value of a designer tanzanite, rock crystal and diamond 14k ring! 26 years on Ebay and 100% positive feedback! Has anyone else had problems like this and what did you do?
