Authenticity question
Good afternoon. I am writing because I am so confused. I sent something to the authenticity site and they verified that the item was authentic, but said that it did not pass because I put them in the wrong category. They were Nike air Jordans. I put them in athletic shoes. They are now saying that I had a duplicate pair so I need to send them a return address for them to send them back. I never sent two shoes. I sent one pair of shoes and they were in the right category. Not sure what to do. How do people get a hold of Ebay? Is there a phone number that works?
