Authenticity inspection is totally wrong
I sold a Cartier brooch 18k gold with diamonds and emeralds. It was marked Cartier on the back and was in a Cartier box with a jewelry invoice appraisal in writing and signed was included. It was returned from the inspection because they were not sure. Then they returned it to the wrong address I just finally received it back two weeks ago latter . There is no way to dispute this out come which is frustrating. I am not worried about selling it because the is a listing at an auction house were an another just like it sold for $4000.
