Authenticity Guarrantee did not activate.
Hello. I recently sold a diamond and ruby broach. I expected that the Authenticity Guarranty would "kick in" , but it did not.
I plan to send it by registered mail, but I am concerned that ebay did not add the Authenticity Guarranty. Do I proceed as normal and send it straight to the buyer?
