Authenticity guaranteed. I sold a ring on eBay that was 14 karat gold and diamonds they said it was not 14 karat gold. I got it back tested it is 14 karat gold. What do I do now? The buyer really wants the ring. Ebay was supposed to get back to me many days ago and never did.

·3 years agoYou can list under fashion Jewelry > rings. The authenticity program is not used in that category.
And since ebay claims that the item is NOT 14k gold you are not lying to get around policy.
I would list with an extremely high Buy it NOW price with the make offer option.
Then give the interested buyer the listing number so they can make an offer...then you accept their offer.
