Authenticity Guarantee - No Written Documentation Provided
I purchased a ring that went through the authentication process. The ring was authenticated and sent on to me with no paperwork or anything in writing confirming it's authenticity. A local jeweler has since noted irregularities in the ring. There seems to be no way to contact eBay to receive the written evaluation of the authentication of this item that occurred. I'm concerned it may not be authentic at all and it is difficult to trust the assessment performed if there is absolutely no paperwork confirming the evaluation that was performed.
