Authenticity guarantee item sent and not authenticated as per listing
I bought a LV item on ebay and it was not authenticated as it was over 2000 dollars. I was lucky to get a live agent who told me to send back to seller authenticity guarantee I sent back on 7/28 and I still have not been refunded I call 800-456-3229 and am told it is outside of ebay hours when it should be almost 10a.m. Pacific time please advise I have bought and sold since 2003 with a 100 percent feedback

Mentor11 months agoeBay has no incoming phone lines for customer service. Any number you find is not a real eBay number and many are for scammers trying to scam you.
Did you just send the item back to the seller or did you go through the official return process? If you just sent the item back eBay probably will not help you. They can only help if you have opened an official return case.

Was your delivery address a PO box? If yes then that is why it wasn't authenticated.
