Authenticity Guarantee failure
Very disappointed with the Authenticity Guarantee. I bought a shirt on eBay, and it turned out the seller had stolen photos from all over the internet. The images were in different sizes, and each shirt had a slightly different pattern. One of the photos was taken from another seller who is currently selling the same shirt in Poland.
An eBay customer representative told me the authentication process would verify if the item matches the listing. Well surprise, it didn’t. They approved it anyway without checking the listing. Is there a way to report this?

Mentor1 year agoCan you provide the item number of the listing so we can look at it to see exactly what was listed. Only certain clothing items meet the requirements for the authenticity guaranty so we need to see what the listing said.
