authenticity guarantee failed
I won three items from the same seller. All three were sent to Authenticity Guarantee. Received one notice (so far) that they would not process authenticity guarantee because the believe item was miscategorized with no further comments. I contacted seller and they insist items are authentic. How can I find out what they meant by miscategorized?
