authenticity guarantee doesn't show on listing

I have repeatedly attempted to list a $750 Tiffany & Co. necklace and the authenticity guarantee won't come up. I had a buyer but I want the authenticity guarantee so I was advised by Ebay customer service to cancel the sale and relist the item. After profusely apologizing to the buyer for something that was not my fault, I again tried to list. I used a completely new template. I used "sell one like this" that had the guarantee - nothing works.
