"Authenticity Guarantee" check not done by ebay

Question

I bought two Pokemon cards on ebay:https://www.ebay.com/itm/267632399209https://www.ebay.com/itm/287237774456 normally ebay sent me an email when the Authenticity check was done. not this time for these cards. I got them shipped, but no confirmation from ebay and also the tag is missing that says "Authenticity Guarantee" on a thin plastic sleeve. Why?

I looked at both listings. Only the first one has the Authenticity Guarantee. The second listing does not.
