AUTHENTICITY GUARANTEE CARD
Just received jewelry I ordered with authenticity guarantee. Item passed and was received today. Came with an authenticity card with a QR code but no details on the inspection. I cannot open the QR code to view the authenticator's results. Anyone encounter this problem?

Because third-party verification partners (like PSA , CCG, GIA) print and apply the physical stickers, eBay customer service cannot remotely fix or reissue a broken sticker link. However, they can manually check their database to ensure your specific item's verification certificate matches your order data.
