Authenticity Guarantee
Summary: eliterobs asked why their listing lacked the "Authenticity Guarantee" badge. lisa5768 explained it was because the listing included shipping to a P.O. Box, which disqualifies it from the guarantee. eliterobs appreciated the help and acknowledged the lesson learned.
Can anyone help me to determine why my listing doesn't have the "Authenticity Guarantee" badge?

Mentor4 days ago@eliterobs I wanted to clarify why the card doesn't have authenticity guarantee.
I believe that is either because it's a booster card OR because it has the word collection in the title and description. The bots will think that there is more than one card. Sets can't be authenticated.
It has been my observation that a buyer that has a PO BOX would not see the authenticity guarantee option on a listing that otherwise qualifies. Other buyers do see the option even on listings that do not exclude shipping to PO Boxes.
You can see that other identical cards do NOT qualify for Authenticity guarantee even though they meet the price threshold>

Your listing does not exclude shipping to a PO Box. Listings that offer only local pickup or items shipped to P.O. Boxes will not be eligible for Authenticity Guarantee.

Since you have bids you will not be able to change the shipping to exclude PO boxes.
