Iâ€™m selling a necklace on eBay and it used to say authenticity guaranteed but I relisted it after it didnâ€™t sell and it no longer says authenticity guaranteed please help

I don't know why there would be a guarantee on the original listing and not the current one unless you made changes to it, but I would revise the listing and make these changes:

Item specifics for metal - change to 14K gold or 14K yellow gold.
Take out the word "pure" from the title and description ("pure" is 24K gold).

Perhaps the change on the item specifics will trigger the guarantee.
