Authenticity Guaranteed items can't be shipped to PO boxes.
If you receive an item that was NOT shipped to a PO Box and was NOT authenticated then I recommend you return it as not as described. The Authenticity Guarantee on the listing is PART of the description.
I am sorry that you had a bad seller. You are covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee. This not only gets you a full refund but also goes on the sellers record.
You have 30 days from date of delivery to file an item not as described refund request on eBay.

4 business days after filing the return request if the seller has not provided a return shipping label OR sent the funds to your PayPal account to pay return shipping if they are in another country then ask eBay to step in and help:

If you have to purchase a label at the post office with the funds that the seller provided be sure to upload the tracking number into the case. The tracking number is your proof of delivery.
Returns to countries that do not have 1st class delivery confirmation MUST be shipped Priority Mail.

OP2 years agoThank you! I completely missed the PO Box in the guarantee. I have all my orders shipped to my PO Box as I sometimes travel for work...presents a new dilemma
