Authenticity dispute message after 90 days
I have a customer message me about a order from over 90 days. They originally sent me a good review when they received the order so this was a shock. It was a trading card and they send picture that showed it was sent to PSA for grading but returned. I have no reason to believe it to be fake but you never know. I don't want any bad marks against me and want to keep my customers happy but the length of time is concerning and prevents me or them from opening a proper dispute. Any advise would be appreciated.
Also, I checked their page and they are a trading card reseller with good reviews so it does not appear to be a scam.

Mentor1 year agoAlthough not technically a scam they purchased the card thinking they could resell it for more but the card could not be authenticated by PSA. After 90 days eBay has nothing more to do with a sale. The buyer would have to go to their payment source to try for a charge back. Since feedback was already left there is no way to change it although they might possible be able to leave a comment to the feedback.
You would not be able to make any refunds through eBay given the late date.
