Authenticity dispute
I listed a Louis Vuitton purse that was brand new and in perfect condition and I just got denied my sale, not because it isn’t authentic, but because they said it is scratched and damaged. It was not scratched and damaged when it left my house. And now I don’t even have the product. Anybody have problems with this type of thing? How do I know that they didn’t damage it? If you look at the photos, it looks perfect. They also said I did not disclose that the box had spots on it and I actually did and posted pictures of the spots on the Louis Vuitton box. I’m very concerned and upset. Any help would be appreciated
