Authenticity

Question

I I sold an a pair of converse sneakerto a customer but it didn't pass inspection due to size even though it was certified as being authentic and in the label it listed the size.

Part of the Authenticity Guarantee process is that the listing must match exactly to what the Authenticator receives. The size is mentioned in the listing, but there are no photos of the size label on the sneakers.

Because they are authentic, I would think you could list them again after adding photos of the size tag inside the shoes.
