They took down something I was selling and said it was unauthentic, but it is authentic. How do I fix this?

Mentor1 year agoYou may not be able to fix the issue. It will depend on who said the item was not authentic. If the message you received mentioned VeRO (Verified Rights Owner) then the rights owner of the item had eBay remove the item and the decision cannot be overturned. If the message did not mention VeRO then you might be able to appeal the decision if you have solid proof that the item is authentic. You would need to contact eBay customer service to see what proof they will require as they will not just take your word that it is authentic.
