authenticity
I am about to purchase a Chanel handbag auction #386800866389. The seller does not accept returns and does not use the authentication guarantee service. She is located in Canada and I am in the U.S. If the bag turns out to not be authentic can i still return? She states the the bag has an authenticity card, box and receipt from store.

Mentor2 years agoSellers can only be part of the Authenticity Guaranty when both they and the buyer are located in the USA so a Canadian seller cannot have their item authenticated through the program.
You have a 30 day from receipt Money Back Guaranty through eBay but if the item is listed on the eBay Canada site this may have some restrictions. Check to see if there is a notice on the listing about the Money Back Guaranty and click on it to see how it works.

Mentor2 years agoEbay has a 30-day Money Back Guarantee. Once you receive the bag, if there are any issues, it is recommended you contact the Seller first to make it right. If the Seller does not respond, you may need to open an Item Not as Described case. The Seller would be required to respond. Was this listed on eBay Canada? I would be cautious about buying a high-end product from a Seller in another country that does not accept returns.
