Authenticator told buyer my bag was stained
I shipped a perfect jimmy choo bag to authenticator. Black leather throughout and it was sent mint. Buyer contacted me saying authenticator claims white stains on exterior and interior, how is this even possible? How many people are touching the bag? What's going on? Item sent perfect and they damage my bag?
