Authenticator Mishandled a Return
I wrote about a week ago but my request cannot be found. My issue is that the Authenticators did not approve a necklace I was selling, and returned it to me. Instead of using the protective case I provided with snaps and room to help keep the necklace from getting knotted, they put the necklace in a small zip bag and put it in the protector to scoot around on the trip back to me. How do I contact eBay regarding this matter?
