Authenticator is saying item is 13k yg when it has 14k stamped on it.
I have a necklace that has just been authenticated by the eBay authenticator, now I'm being told that it's 13k gold instead of theĀ 14k that it's stamped with. Has anyone ever had this happen to them and how was it handled?
