Authenticator Fraud
I sold a Tom Ford T-twist leather hand bag on 11/27/2023 for $950. I shipped on 11/29/2023 with delivery and signature confirmation. It was delivered and signed for by L. Roberts on 12/04/2023. On 12/09/2023, I contacted Ebay to inquire why the bag had not been shipped to the buyer. I was told the Authenticator had it and it was "going out for delivery today." On 12/11/2023, I noticed that the bag still hand not been shipped. I contacted Customer service again and was informed "the item was never received." I advised the Customer service agent that USPS indicated it had been delivered and signed for. Again, I was told they did not have the bag. I want my bag back or payment for the shipped (and delivered!) bag. This is FRAUD!
