Authenticator didn’t ship original box to buyer
I sold a pair of adidas shoes with box. I sent them to the eBay authenticator in the original box, tissue paper, and original shipping box from adidas with receipt. Buyer posted negative review saying he didn’t get the box or receipt. I can’t anyone at eBay to help. I have submitted a request and got a robot answer. I tried calling or chatting but I get robot answers. What can be done?
