Authenticator delay
I have purchased jewelry in the past that had to go to an authenticator and I received tracking information that indicated whether the authenticator had the jewelry. It seems that the item has been at the authenticator for a week now, and I have no indication that the authenticator has received it in terms of actual tracking information. It shows last item location as being the point of origin. Why would I not at least get tracking information?
